How do I find my channel?
Say the channel’s name into your Xfinity Voice Remote, and you'll be taken to the channel’s main page.
How can I get information about my free trial and/or my subscription(s)?
You can get information about your free trial or subscription(s) in different ways:
- Press the Info button on your remote while watching a program from the channel and select My Subscription.
- Say the network name into your Voice Remote and select Manage My Subscription from the Network page. You'll see a screen with your subscription information.
How can I unsubscribe from a channel?
You can unsubscribe from a channel using your remote control. Once you go to the channel's main page that you want to unsubscribe from, choose Unsubscribe. See instructions on how to unsubscribe for more information.
After you select Unsubscribe, you'll see a screen that looks like this:
How will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed through Comcast and see it listed on your billing statement.

What is an iSVOD channel?
iSVOD channels are individual On Demand networks that you can subscribe to in addition to your Xfinity TV service. However, these channels require both Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet services and are only delivered through your X1 TV Box.
Note: Some channels are also available with Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity and Xfinity Flex.

I have Xfinity X1, but don't have Xfinity Internet. Can I subscribe to a channel?
No, you'll need both Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet services to subscribe to an iSVOD channel.
How can I order?
You can order through your remote control only. See instructions on how to subscribe for more information.
Note: You can't order these channels online or through a Comcast representative.
Will watching a channel count towards my monthly data usage?
Yes. An iSVOD channel is delivered over your Xfinity Internet service to your TV Box. Therefore, the channel is subject to the rules, terms and conditions that govern Xfinity Internet service, including any data usage plans that may apply.

Is HD service required to subscribe on X1?
Some networks offer content that may only be available in HD. Equipment requirements and standard fees may apply to subscribe to HD service. Xfinity Internet and an eligible X1 TV Box are required to subscribe to an Internet Subscription Video On Demand channel.
Note: Some channels are also available with Xumo Stream Box and Xfinity Flex.
Can shows from these channels be played on a Standard Definition (SD) TV Box?
No. Internet Subscription Video On Demand channels require an eligible X1 TV Box set to HD mode.

How do I find a specific title within my channel?
You can find a title within your subscription by going to the channel’s landing page (say the channel’s name into your Voice Remote). Then, go to the channel’s program. When you select the program, it will give you a list of episodes/titles to choose from.
Where can I watch an Internet Subscription Video On Demand channel?
You can watch through Xfinity On Demand on compatible X1 TV Boxes. X1 RNG150 TV Boxes aren’t compatible. Please follow the on-screen box swap option to receive a compatible X1 TV Box, or contact us.
Note: Some channels are also available with Xumo Stream Box and Xfinity Flex.
Can I watch on the Xfinity Stream app or online portal?
Not at this time. However, we are working on having this content available at a later date.
How do I return to the main menu and guide once I'm finished watching my channel?
To return to the guide and/or main menu, just press Exit on your remote. You can also press the Guide or xfinity buttons or say a voice command into your Voice Remote to return to the guide.
Can I stop a program in one room and pick up where I left off in another room?
Yes. If you stop watching your program in one room, you can continue watching it where you left off in another room. You can also resume watching it on a different compatible TV Box by going to the channel and re-selecting the program from the episode guide.
How do I know if my X1 TV Box is compatible an Internet Subscription Video On Demand channel?
If you don't see these channels in the Networks menu on the On Demand page, or if you search for one and can't find it, see if your TV Box is compatible:
- Go to Apps from the main menu on X1.
- Look for the YouTube, Pandora or iHeartRadio apps.
- If you don't see these apps, your TV Box isn't compatible.
The channel won't launch on my X1 TV Box. What should I do?
If you can't see the channel on your TV, make sure you have a compatible X1 TV Box and Xfinity Internet service. If you don't have Xfinity Internet service and try to watch a channel, you'll see a message explaining how you can subscribe to Xfinity Internet.
If you have Xfinity Internet service, a compatible X1 TV Box and still can't watch or subscribe, try restarting your X1 TV Box. If the problem persists, please contact us.
X1 RNG150 TV boxes aren’t compatible. Please contact us if you’d like to upgrade your equipment.
Why are there different playback speeds when I'm watching a channel as compared to the playback speeds on Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex?
Fast-forwarding or rewinding these channels will cause the programming to jump ahead or behind by 20 seconds, as compared to traditional Xfinity On Demand content which offers four levels of rewind or fast-forward speed increases. You can also skip back or forward five minutes using the page up or down buttons on your remote.
How do I turn on closed captioning (CC) and audio description?
To turn Closed Captioning on or off, press the down arrow on your remote while watching a program to show the transport bar, then select Closed Captioning (CC). You can also press the xfinity button on your remote, where available, then go to the Closed Captioning Options menu through Settings > Accessibility Settings.
Note: Audio description may not be available for iSVOD channel contents.
I'm subscribed to an iSVOD channel and tried to watch my channel on their website/app (XiveTV, DailyBurn.com, on Roku devices, Amazon Prime, etc.) and it says I need to subscribe. Why?
Internet Subscription Video On Demand channels don't include a membership to their respective websites and/or apps - they're two fully separate packages.
