Learn how to subscribe to, unsubscribe from, and manage an iSVOD channel on your TV Box using your remote control.
iSVOD channels are individual On Demand networks that you can subscribe to in addition to your Xfinity TV service. These channels require both Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet services and are only delivered through your X1 TV Box.
Note: Some channels are also available with Xfinity Flex.

Subscribe to an iSVOD channel
Note: Some networks offer content that may only be available in HD. Equipment requirements and standard fees may apply to subscribe to HD service.
- Search for an iSVOD channel that you want to watch.
- The easiest way is to say the channel name into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- You can also use your remote by pressing the xfinity button and going to On Demand.
- Then, select Networks and scroll down to Subscription Add-ons or Networks A–Z.
- Finally, search for the channel you want to subscribe to.
- Another way is through your remote control touch keypad.
- Note: You can also search for a program on the channel by selecting Episodes, then Subscribe. (Example below is PlayKids’ show, I Love To Learn.)
- Read the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the screen.
- Notes:
- If you don't agree to the Terms and Conditions, select Cancel.
- Otherwise, select Subscribe.
- If you have a Purchase PIN set on your TV Box, enter it now.
- If you don't agree to the Terms and Conditions, select Cancel.
- Notes:
- After you're subscribed to the channel, you'll see a thank you message.
Manage your iSVOD channel
From the channel’s main page, select the Manage My Subscription tile.
You can also press the Info button on your remote while watching a program from your subscription and select My Subscription.
Notes:
- If you haven't yet subscribed to that network, you'll get an option to Subscribe.
- If the channel includes a free trial, you'll see the information here.
- If the channel includes a free trial, you'll see the information here.
- If you're already subscribed to the network, you'll see an option to Unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe from your iSVOD channel
You can unsubscribe from an iSVOD channel using your remote.
Option 1 (Example below is PlayKids’ show, Ella Bella Bingo.)
- Select the Info button on your remote while watching a program from the channel you're subscribed to.
- Select My Subscription from the information bar.
- Select Unsubscribe.
- You'll see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully unsubscribed from the channel.
Option 2 (Example below is the Daily Burn network.)
- Go to the channel’s network page by saying the channel name into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Or, go to On Demand > Networks > Subscription Add-ons and scroll to your channel.
- Select Manage my Subscription from the channel’s network page.
- Select Unsubscribe.
- You'll see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully unsubscribed from the channel.
If you have problems unsubscribing from a channel, contact us to remove it for you.
Unsubscribe during or after your seven-day free trial
Unsubscribe during your seven-day free trial
During your seven-day free trial period, you can unsubscribe from your iSVOD channel at any time and you won't be charged.
When you go to the channel again and select My Subscription, you'll see a message that your subscription has been canceled.
Note: You'll still be able to view the channel for the remainder of your trial period.
Unsubscribe after your seven-day free trial
After your seven-day free trial has expired, you can unsubscribe from the iSVOD channel and won't be billed for future months.
If you were charged for the current month, you can still watch the channel until the end of your prepaid subscription period (you won't get a refund for a partial month after you unsubscribe).
When you go to the channel again and select My Subscription, you'll see a message that your subscription has been canceled.
