Product testers will receive notifications about testing opportunities through the preferred email address connected to their Xfinity account.
To test Comcast’s new accessibility products and features, you must complete the Accessibility Product Tester intake form. After completing the intake form, sign in to xfinity.com to opt in to receive notifications about testing opportunities.
Note: Make sure you opt in with the same preferred email address you provided in the product tester intake form. Learn more about setting or adding your preferred email address in Xfinity Email settings.
Opt in for accessibility product testing notifications
- Sign in to xfinity.com using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the user you'd like to manage email notifications for.
- Scroll down to and select Communication & Ad Preferences.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Select Communication, Advertising and Marketing Preferences to launch the Xfinity Privacy Center.
- Under Communications from Xfinity > Marketing and Special Offer Emails, click Set Preferences.
- Enter your email address to update your preferences.
- Select the Manage Preferences button.
- Choose what emails you receive by selecting Customize what I receive.
- Make sure Special Offers and Deals is toggled to ON.
