Why won’t the Xfinity Stream app work on my 2017 Samsung or LG TV?
Unfortunately, these models can’t support newer web browsers, and the latest version of the Xfinity Stream app doesn’t work as intended on outdated browsers. To give you the best streaming experience, we decided to remove the Xfinity Stream app from these TVs.
How do I know if my TV is affected?
Open the Xfinity Stream app on your TV. If your TV is affected, you’ll see an on-screen message.
How can I enjoy Xfinity Stream on my 2017 Samsung TV?
You can still watch using the Xfinity Stream app for Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, or Chromecast.
