Who can use the app
All Xfinity customers can use the app, except those with Xfinity Prepaid Internet. To use the app, sign in with your primary Xfinity ID.
The features you see in the app may be different depending on your type of service, modem or gateway, and Bridge Mode settings
Trouble opening the app?
If you’re an Xfinity Mobile customer having issues accessing the Xfinity app, it might be because your phone has more than one SIM card. To fix it:
- Make Xfinity Mobile your main SIM, or
- Sign in with the primary user’s Xfinity ID.

It can take up to 10 minutes after activation for this to be available. To get the full app experience, sign in with the primary user’s Xfinity ID.
