If you sign up for Paramount+ through your Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex TV Box, you’ll be billed by Xfinity and you can manage your Paramount+ subscription plan through your TV Box! This includes viewing, upgrading, downgrading or canceling your subscription.
If you’re an existing Paramount+ customer, you’ll be billed by Paramount and can use your existing credentials to log in on X1 or Flex. However, you’ll need to visit the Paramount website to manage your subscription.

Check the status of your Paramount+ subscription
If your Paramount+ subscription is billed by Xfinity, you can check the details of your subscription.
- Go to Settings on your Xfinity X1 TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- Go to the Apps & Subscription Management menu.
- You can also find this menu by saying “Manage Paramount Plus” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- You can also find this menu by saying “Manage Paramount Plus” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- The recurring price.
- The renewal date.
- Options to manage or cancel your service.
Upgrade or downgrade your Paramount+ subscription
To upgrade or downgrade your Paramount+ subscription:
- View your subscription status.
- See Check the Status of Your Paramount+ Subscription above for details on how to do this.
- Select a new plan.
- Select Change Plan.
Note: When upgrading your Paramount+ subscription, you'll be charged a prorated amount on your Xfinity account immediately. When downgrading your subscription, you'll see the new monthly rate on your next billing cycle.
Cancel your Paramount+ subscription
To cancel your Paramount+ subscription:
- View your subscription status.
- See Check the Status of Your Paramount+ Subscription above for details on how to do this.
- Select Unsubscribe.
- You'll see a second page, where you'll select Unsubscribe to continue.
- If you continue, you'll still have access to your subscription through the date displayed.

Notes:
- You can resubscribe to Paramount+ at any time before your billing cycle ends.
- To resubscribe, return to the management page and select Resubscribe.

What will happen to my Paramount+ account if I cancel my Xfinity service or change my Xfinity package?
If you:
- Downgrade/change your Xfinity service by removing Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex:
- You’ll no longer be able to access Paramount+ through your X1 TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- You can only watch Paramount+ on your computer, mobile device or another internet-connected device.
- You’ll no longer be able to access Paramount+ through your X1 TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- Disconnect Xfinity Internet:
- You’ll need internet access through another internet service provider or wireless internet service provider to access Paramount+ through an internet-connected device.
- Remain subscribed to at least one Xfinity service and still get a billing statement from us:
- You’ll continue to be billed for Paramount+ on your Xfinity bill.
- Disconnect all your Xfinity services:
- You’ll eventually lose access to Paramount+.
- Once access to your Paramount+ subscription is over, you can sign back up for Paramount+ through other internet-connected devices.
